1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IronGate Systems services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
IronGate Systems provides managed website and email security services for small businesses, including:
- Website protection and managed hosting
- Email security and phishing protection
- Security monitoring and incident response
- Backup and recovery services
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Service Level
We strive to maintain high availability and security for all services. While we implement industry-standard protections, no security measure is 100% effective. We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all security incidents.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronGate Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will assist with a reasonable transition period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interfere with the security of any system
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
